Jeremy’s practice is informed by 10 years of commercial leadership experience, building high performing teams and influencing across cultures to turn around failing businesses. Strong commercial acumen guides Jeremy in helping leaders focus on what matters most. Jeremy’s first language is English and he is conversant in French and Spanish.

 

Consulting since 2004, Jeremy has designed and delivered programmes of top team profiling, leadership and talent development across a wide range of sectors worldwide. he is based in London, UK.

 

In 2006, Jeremy launched 3 Minute Mile to help people & organizations realize their peak potential. 3 Minute Mile is the UK’s premier distribution & research partner for Hogan Assessment Systems and the Leadership Versatility Index.

Jeremy has studied with Dr Robert & Dr Joyce Hogan, as well as with Rob Kaiser of Kaiser Leadership Solutions & regularly contributes to research regarding personality, leadership derailment & peak performance. He is an executive educator with Duke CE, Thunderbird School of Global Management, the Financial Times I IE Business School Corporate Learning Alliance & a guest speaker at UCL’s Division of Psychology & Language Sciences.

 

Jeremy’s first degrees are Combined Honours, Biology & Psychology, from McMaster University; he holds a postgraduate diploma in Organizational Behaviour & an MSc in Occupational Psychology, from Birkbeck College, University of London.

 

In addition, Jeremy is accredited in ‘Coaching for Peak Performance’ by Speakers International, holds an AoEC, ICF recognised, certificate in Executive Coaching, has competed the ‘Ontological Coaching in Action Course’ & participates in Ashridge’s World-class Business & Sport Partnership Mentoring Programme.
