Jeremy Sutton’s first career spanned 10 years in a global technology organisation where he held various marketing leadership roles & directed sales teams/developed regions across the Americas and EMEA. Jeremy’s first language is English and he is conversant in French & Spanish.
Jeremy began his consulting career in 2004 with a London-based leadership development practice. In 2006, Jeremy launched his own consultancy, 3 Minute Mile. Over these years, Jeremy has acquired international experience in coaching, performance management & OD programmes across a wide range of organisations in the public & private sectors. In addition to his role at 3 Minute Mile, Jeremy is also an executive educator for Duke Corporate Education & a long time associate of Stanton Marris.
Jeremy designs and delivers programmes of top team profiling, talent management, leadership & executive development across a wide range of global organisations. Recent projects include Executive Board development at Pearl Insurance, coaching & leadership team development at Citi’s International Personal Bank, senior team performance at Prudential & developing internal coaching capability at the UK’s Office of Communication.
Jeremy’s current coaching clients include Allianz, Nokia Siemens Networks, Ofcom, Prudential, Citi, Cadbury (now Kraft), Lloyds Banking Group, New Zealand Defence Force, Fujitsu & Time Warner.
Holding his level A & B qualification in psychometrics, Jeremy is one of the UK’s leading practitioners of Hogan Assessment Systems. Having worked internationally with the Hogan research team & studied under Drs Robert & Joyce Hogan for a number of years, Jeremy regularly delivers Hogan training & development programmes for clients globally.
A master practitioner/trainer in the Leadership Versatility Index – the thinking manager’s 360° tool published by Kaplan DeVries, Jeremy also holds an accreditation in ‘Coaching for Peak Performance’ by Speakers International.
Since 2004, Jeremy has been a contributing member of the British Psychology Society & the Psychometrics Forum, holding a first degree in Biology & Psychology & an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
